ISO 27001 is a globally recognized information security management standard that outlines best practices for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS). The ISO 27001 Lead Implementer is responsible for guiding an organization through the process of implementing an ISMS in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard.
